This privacy policy covers PKgraphics treatment of personally
identifiable information that we collect when you are
on our site, and when you use our services. This policy
also applies to PKgraphics treatment of any personally
identifiable information that our business partners share
with us. This policy does not apply to the practices
of companies that we do not own or control, or to people
that we do not employ or manage.
Information Collection and Use.
We may collect personally identifiable information when
you visit or use our pages. We may also receive personally
identifiable information from our business partners.
We also automatically receive and record information
on our server logs from your browser including your IP
address, cookie information and the page you requested.
We may use this information for three general purposes:
to customize the content you see, to fulfill your requests
for certain services and information, and to contact

Information Sharing and Disclosure.
We will not sell or rent your personally identifiable
information to anyone. We will send personally identifiable

the above terms of service, or any of our usage guidelines
for specific products or services.
Cookies.
We may set and access cookies on your computer.
Stock Graphics.
PKgraphics does not sell or resell stock graphics or
photography for any purpose other than that of offering
its clients the option of selecting a background or photograph
for use in the design of a flyer printed with PKgraphics.com.
The flyers are intended strictly for immediate distribution
and are not expected to have a long circulation life,
nor are the graphics to be used in the printing of other
non-flyer related marketing collateral. The images available
on the pkgraphics.com site are displayed to provide our
clients with the service of selecting from stock graphics,
whether designed in house or purchased from third party
vendors, that PKgraphics.com has the right to use in
royalty free scenarios strictly for its client base and
for use in printed materials (mainly flyers and mailers)
expected to have a circulation life span of no more than
one week. PKgraphics.com does not resale these graphics
as single image source files to corporations, designers
or individuals. PKgraphics.com has acquired royalty free
images from other image vendors and has obtained the
necessary permissions for the services and uses defined
above.

None of the content contained herein may be
reproduced in any medium without the express written
consent of the appropriate author(s) or companies.
All items represented herein are works for hire that
may or may not have had design origination from within
PKgraphics. Items represented that feature either
known brands or registered trademarks are copyright
and/or trademarked by their respective authors, agencies,
or represented companies. The Photography that is
featured is reproduced for hire and as such pkgraphics
assumes no responsibility for any copyright infringement
that may exist due to the owners or clients negligence
of the law. Most of the flyers featured are either
designed for or printed with an anticipated circulation
lifespan of three days. The nature of the business
and its high volume, quick turnaround policies does
not afford pkgraphics the luxury of verifying against
any infringements of either copyright or trademark
law. It is expressed and assumed that the client
be fully aware of these laws when issuing work for
print and that as such assumes full responsibility
for any such infringements upon initial deposit on
a work for hire.
Goofs, Mix-ups, & Reprints.
PKgraphics rarely has to enforce this policy, but on
occasion PKG may be at fault for incorrectly printing
a job, or for some other understandable though inexcusable
mix up. When this does happen, again regardless of
how rare an instance it may be, PKgraphics will act
in the most professional manner and will replace the
entire printing job at its own expense.
ALL REPRINT JOBS WILL BE REPRINTED
AT OUR COST BUT WILL BE SHIPPED AT THE
MOST AFFORDABLE COST TO US, FASTER SHIPPING OPTIONS
WILL BE AVAILABLE TO THE CLIENT BUT WILL BE THE SOLE
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT. IF THE CLIENT CHOOSES
NOT TO EXCERCISE THIS OPTION PKGRAPHICS MAY SHIP THE
JOB IN WHATEVER METHOD IS THE MOST AFFORDABLE. REASONABLE
SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES WILL BE CONSIDERED AND IN NO CASE
WOULD DELIVERY OF A REPRINT EXCEED A WEEK.
PKGRAPHICS WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY MISPRINTS
OR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM A MISPRINT, PKGRAPHICS
WILL AT MOST REPLACE THE DOLLAR COST OF A JOB AND ITS
SHIPPING.

VARIATIONS WILL OCCUR.
